We accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Please provide order number, return reason or the issue with your order, and send us an email to Info@OwnTheAvenue.com - or you may go to our contact page for help
Customer pays for returned shipping, at $3.49 for their returns.
Once we confirm delivery of your returned / the tracking number, please allow 1-2 business days to see your refund initiation.

OwnTheAvenue Shipping
Your item will be shipped out within 1-3 business days upon payment clearance.
Our cut off time for 1 business day, is by 1PM - Pacific Standard Time.
For example: If you purchase on a Wednesday at 1:30PM Pacific Standard Time, your item maybe dispatched / shipped by Monday evening at the latest (weekends are not counted as business days)
Another example: If you purchase on a Monday at 1:30PM, your item maybe dispatched / shipped by Thursday evening, at the latest.
Due to our high volume and our printed / manufactured products having to be finished with hand, we put these estimates in place for customers' confidence. After our items are printed with a digital printer (or for apparel, we use silk screening by hand fully / no machine printer) we have to finish your product by hand, as we do not fully automate our manufacturing process.
Please note: These are the longest estimates, we will do our best to ship before 3 business days, if our volume permits it - these examples are for our highest volume times and to ensure customers know what to expect when they place an order at OwnTheAvenue.com
Free USPS First Class Shipping within the United States
Qualifying USPS First Class International Shipments are $27.50 - Will also pay the taxes and fees for your international shipment, which is why the shipment price, is set for this amount.
Expedited Shipping is also available for and extra $12 - $40 fee (depending on the weight of your order) - via USPS Priority Mail. If you need your order expedited / quicker handling, please contact us so we may provide you an estimate for your purchase size and needs.
Please note: For custom printed orders of over 100 quantity, please allow 5-10 business days, or more if the quantity is over 5,000 - Please email us for direct shipping estimates - For example: If your quantity exceeds 100 units, we will notify via email, of your estimated dispatched time. If the item is not in the "custom printed" of "custom manufactured" section, this note does not apply to you at all.
